Designer Studio has a longstanding corporate commitment to social awareness and giving back, especially when it comes to health and welfare. So it was only fitting that the we began a relationship with Castro-Limon Foundation in 2011.

Since participation our committed team members have raised more than $10000 through customer donations and purchases of water, chocolates, bracelets, and watches. In 2012, we expanded the program to our second store in Mercedes, Texas. Along with building awareness at our store our team participating in "Run With Color" 5K walk to support Castro-Limon' patients and families.

Our hearts are filled with hope for kids who suffers from this unbearable sickness and their families. We are proud to continue the fight against kids cancer and promote that every child deserves to live life cancer - free.

Castro-Limon Foundation is based out of Tijuana, Mexico and is named after two young entrepreneurs, Juan Carlos Castro Munguia and Irenaeus LimónVargas, who were both diagnosed with cancer in 2002. They became determined to provide services for those who were also dealing with cancer. The result of their efforts is that children battling cancer receive care at BC Pediatric Cancer Center (Centro Oncológico Pediátrico de B.C.). The foundation continuously raises funds both within and outside of Mexico to keep the institution moving and to provide necessary treatment for their patients.

Designer Studio, Inc. is a fashion retail store head quartered in San Ysidro, CA and opened its doors to the public in 1995. In 2011, a second store opened in Mercedes, TX.
