April is here. After those cold winter months, it's time to rejuvenate ourselves, come closer to nature and get ready for summer- something we've all been longing. And to be even happier this summer, the first thing we've got to do is take care of ourselves. Whether winter left us with a few extra pounds, it's now time to start a new athletic activity that will boost our physical condition.
Biking is a great form of exercise which allows us both to admire nature and shred those extra pounds. If you don't already own a bike, maybe it's time to seriously consider it. There are many offers here. Then again, if you're too lazy to go out, a stationary bike will do just fine!
If you like jogging, get yourself a nice pair of sneakers and get going. Just half an hour a day will work wonders. Of course, don't forget your cap and your sunglasses.
If you haven't been using a sunscreen so far, it's now a must to use one.
Lastly, include superfoods in your diet. Fruit, nuts, legumes, vegetables, kefir and ginger will make you look and feel great.
